I do not feel that Idaho Power should get a rate increase now because of the economy .People
are still struggling just to keep their heads above all their bills.There is ample amount of
water for Idaho Power to generate more electricity and sell it and make money
The unemployed ,low and fixed income people are still struggling to to put food on the table.
