On March 15,2012,Idaho Power Company applied for an Order establishing that it
prudently incurred $42,641,706 in demand-side management (“DSM)expenses in 2011.
Application at 1.On April 10,2012,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice
of Modified Procedure setting a June 11,2012 deadline for initial comments and a June 22,2012
deadline for reply comments.See Order No.32512.
On June 6,2012,the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (ICIP)filed a Motion to
Amend Comment Schedule.The Motion asks that that written comment deadline be changed to
June 25,2012,that the deadline for reply comments be changed to July 23,2012,that Idaho
Power not be required to respond to any additional discovery requests,and that the other parties
not be required to respond to discovery submitted to them after June 29,2012.Id.at 1-2.The
Motion represents that the ICIP discussed the proposed new schedule with all parties,including
Idaho Power and Commission Staff,and that all parties agreed to the proposed modifications.
Id.at 1.
Based upon these uncontested representations,the Commission grants the Motion,
modifies the comment and reply deadlines previously set in Order No.32512,and establishes
discovery deadlines as follows.See RP 256.03 (Motions for Procedural Relief).

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the deadline for filing written comments or
protests with respect to Idaho Power’s Application has been extended to June 25,2012.The
comment or protest must contain a statement of reasons supporting the comment or protest.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the deadline for Idaho Power and other
interested parties to file reply comments has been extended to July 23,2012.
