Since the State is an economic hardship and we the people do not have a guarenteed FINANCIAL
INCOME,'WE MUST BITE THE BULLET' untill the economy improves. Idaho Power has a guarenteed
income 'a monopoly' on power supply no matter what the condition of the economy is. No
matter what the hardship. So as the PUC, you have the 'POWER' to delay the increases until
the economy improves. Idaho Power is not hurting with it's guarenteed sustaining customer
base income. You have the power! Thank You, John Lindsay
