In Order No.32503 issued March 27,2012,Micron Technology,Inc.was granted
intervention in the above-referenced case.On March 28,2012,Micron’s local counsel (Brian
Hansen)filed two Motions for Limited Admission Pro Hac Vice for and on behalf of Thorvald
A.Nelson and Sara K.Rundell pursuant to Commission Rule 43 and Idaho Bar Commission
Rule 227.The Commission grants the Motions.
THE MOTIONS
In his Motions,Mr.Hansen maintains that Mr.Nelson and Ms.Rundell are active
members in good standing of the Bars of Colorado and Montana and Montana,respectively,and
they maintain a regular practice of law with Holland &Hart,LLP,in Colorado.He further
asserts that Mr.Nelson and Ms.Rundell are neither a resident nor licensed to practice law in the
State of Idaho.Mr.Hansen further asserts that Mr.Nelson has previously been granted limited
admission in other Commission proceedings.
Mr.Hansen certified that he has served a copy of the two Motions on all the other
parties in this case and that a copy of their respective Motions,accompanied by the $200 fee and
a Certificate of Good Standing,has been submitted to the Idaho State Bar.Mr.Hansen also
requests that his attendance from all proceedings in this matter be excused.He certifies that the
above information is true and correct to the best of his knowledge.Motions at 2.
FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motions for Limited Admission
Pro Hac Vice filed by Micron in this case.Pursuant to IPUC Rule 43 and IBCR Rule 227,and
the representations made by counsel,the Commission finds it is reasonable to grant limited
admission to Mr.Nelson and Ms.Rundell to represent Micron.The Commission also finds that
Mr.Hansen’s attendance at the aforementioned proceeding shall not be required.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Thorvald A.Nelson and Sara K.Rundell of the firm
