Gentlemen:
Ths Board has met with Bil Piske and his associates of Interconnect Solar Development,
LLC, on two (2) or more occasion, in an offcial capacity to review the intended solar electrcal
genemtion project proposed by Interconnect Solar Development, LLC, to be constrcted in Owyhee
County. It is the collective opinon of ths Board that such represents a viable project wlúch would
generate an appreciable ta base and provide a source of economic strengt to the people of Owyhee
County.
Whle ths Board lacks the expertse to address the techncal ment of the proposal, ths Board
encourages and supports the development of clean, viable enterpnse with Owyhee County and
thoughout the State of Idaho. Mr. Piske has arculated the good faith effort underten in due
dilgence of the intended project and the investent of appreciable resources in makng the
interconnection project in Owyhee County viable.
It is the request of ths Board that Idao Power Company complete its good faith review oftbe
Interconnect Solar Development, LLC project and work with Mr. Piske to make,/the project a reality.
