IPC.E.I?.OI On January 3,2012, Grand View PV Solar Three, LLC, and Grand View PV Solar Four, LLC (collectively "Grand View"), filed a formal complaint against Idaho Power Company with the Commission. A summons was issued by the Commission on January 5,2012, notifying Idaho Power that it had 21 days to respond to Grand View's Complaint. On January 26,2012, Idaho Power filed an answer to the complaint. On June 1,2012, Grand View filed a Notice of Settlement Discussions and Request to Stay Formal Commission Action. In the months and years that followed, Grand View notified the Commission that settlement discussions had failed. Commission Staff engaged in informal communications with the parties regarding how the parties would like to proceed with the underlying Complaint. Ultimately, on May 12, 2014, pursuant to IPUC Rule of Procedure 68, Grand View filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Complaint. IDAPA 31.01.01.068. Rule 68 states that "[u]nless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing." Consequently, this case should now be closed.
