I would like to express my opposition to Idaho Power i s request to pay Dynamic Energy for
their trash to Energy project. While there is nothing wrong with paying for the electricity J
I understand the proposal rate is more than twice the going rate for electricity. This
appears to be very misguided. It seems that Idaho Power i s request is somewhat tainted by the
pressure of the Ada County Commissioners. The decision should be based on the economic good
of the tax payer and not politics. I urge you to deny the request.
