I fully support the Dynamis project.
Times have changed since the deal was struck with Fortistar Energy; Idaho Power buys and
sells power on the grid daily. The person writing to complain has no concept on how energy
is priced, consumed, etc. I have seen the prototype of the Dynamis burner and it works.
Idaho i s low electrical rates will remain low, even with Dynamis. Dynamis is going to provide
a . flexible' stream of power which is more expensive to purchase and gives Idaho Power the
abili ty to provide power when users want it. That has a price.
I i m amazed how people distort facts or don i t even know the facts before they begin to
complain.
This project is a win-win for the County and electric users.
