I would like to make the point that the price negotiated between Idaho Power and Dynamis is
unreasonably High and in fact is higher than any other rates that can be found. These rates
will be paid by the electricity user and set a precedent for other applications.
Can you explain why Idaho Power does not want an open hearing on the case? The rates being
asked for are at least 5Ø% more than we are currently paying.
