Jewell, Secretary Idaho Public Utilities Commission 472 West Washington Street Boise, Idaho 83702 Re: Case No. IPC-E-11-23 IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY FOR A DECLARATORY ORDER REGARDING PURPA JURISDICTION Dear Ms. Jewell: With this letter, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power") is hereby making minor corrections to some language in its Petition for Declaratory Order regarding Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 jurisdiction ("Petition") and the Comments of Idaho Power Company ("Comments") that were submitted in the above-captioned proceeding. The first full paragraph on page 5 of the Petition states: "Idaho Power has facilities located in the Lolo substation, which include the meter for such transactions/transfers." Through further investigation since the filing of its initial Petition, Idaho Power has determined that while it does own equipment in the Lolo substation, it does not own any metering equipment in the Lolo substation. Accordingly, the above- quoted sentence should read: "Idaho Power has facilities located in the Lob substation." In addition, Idaho Power included the unintentional, incorrect assertion that it owned metering equipment at the Lolo substation in its Comments. The second full sentence of the second full paragraph on page 4 states: "However, the actual point of delivery for a transfer from Avista to Idaho Power at this location occurs, and is metered, at the LoLo substation, located entirely within the state of Idaho." The phrase "and is metered" should be removed from this sentence so that it reads: "However, the actual point of delivery for a transfer from Avista to Idaho Power at this location occurs at the LoLo substation, located entirely within the state of Idaho." Further, the very last sentence on page 4 carrying over onto page 5 of Idaho Power's Comments states: 1221 W. Idaho St. (83702) P.O. Box 70 Boise, ID 83707 Jean D. Jewell March 27, 2012 Page 2 "Idaho Power has facilities located in the LoLo substation, which include the meter for such transactions/transfers."
