On October 25, 2011, Idaho Power Company filed its Application with the Idaho
Public Utilties Commission in the above matter. In that Application, paragraphs 10 and
15 incorrectly refer to amounts spent on Network Upgrades for the Magic Wind project
as of September 30, 2010. However, the date should be September 30, 2011.
