One point, it isn' t necessarily obvious as stated in Staff comments that PV output would read its peak instantaneous output in the summer. There are three factors that affect this output, all which could potentially make winter output higher. First, the sun is closer to the earth by nearly 5 million kilometers in the winter. Second, the temperature of the solar panel is lower, and therefore the panel is more efficient. And, third, panels wiii probably not be oriented in latitude angle for maximum production for July. The combination of these three factors could make peak output sometime in the faii, winter or spring rather than the summer.
