Please don i t raise the rates. I am having a hard time paying my power bill now. I am a
single mom with two school aged children. My ex husband is not paying child support (he has
no income because he does not want to work). Wages in Idaho are low as it is and we can i t
afford to pay more. Please; no excuses. Don i t raise the rates.
