Please describe your comment briefly:
I fail to see the justification of a rate increase of the proprotion asked for. Idaho Power
already charges outrageous prices and winter rates are bad anyway. My winter bill already
run $275 for me my alone and how much more so they expect us to handle in this economy.
What were there profits last year? Then ask if this is a justifiable rate increase.
