I would like to remind the members of IPUC that it is part of their job to protect the
citizens of Idaho from unfair power rate increases. It seems to me if the parent company of
Idaho Power can raise their dividends (last year) to their investors they do not need a huge
increase like the one proposed. I hope you understand the ramifications of your decisions.
