Idaho power is requesting a rate increase # IPC-E-11-08
Idaho power has plenty of available power generation to sell and they do. They make
substantial profits annually, their has been no change except hansom profits.
There is no need to raise base rates at this time or in the near future.
Clearly IPC does nor warrant a increase.
