On June 1,2011,Idaho Power Company filed an Application seeking authority to
increase the Company’s base rates for electric service in Idaho by an overall average of 9.9%.If
approved,the Company’s revenues from base rates would increase by approximately $83 million
per year.
On June 22,2011,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline in Case No.IPC-E-ll-08.Parties requesting and granted intervention
were:Industrial Customers of Idaho Power;Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association,Inc.;the
Kroger Co.;Micron Technology,Inc.;Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho;
Idaho Conservation League;Snake River Alliance;NW Energy Coalition;the United States
Department of Energy;and Hoku Materials,Inc.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission Staff will hold a public
workshop for Idaho Power customers on TUESDAY,SEPTEMBER 20,2011,IN
POCATELLO,IDAHO AT 7:00 P.M.IN THE NEWBERRY BUILDING,160 NORTH
MAIN STREET,POCATELLO,IDAHO.At this meeting customers will have an opportunity
to hear from Commission Staff regarding the Company’s Application in Case No.IPC-E-1 1-08
and ask questions of Staff and representatives of the Company.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission Staff will hold a public
workshop for Idaho Power customers on WEDNESDAY,SEPTEMBER 21,2011 IN TWIN
FALLS,IDAHO AT 7:00 P.M.IN THE TWIN FALLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
305 3 AVENUE EAST,TWIN FALLS,IDAHO.At this meeting customers will have an
opportunity to hear from Commission Staff regarding the Company’s Application in Case No.
IPC-E-11-08 and ask questions of Staff and representatives of the Company.

workshop for Idaho Power customers on THURSDAY,SEPTEMBER 22,2011,IN BOISE,
IDAHO AT 7:00 P.M.IN THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM,472 WEST
WASHINGTON STREET,BOISE,IDAHO.At this meeting customers will have an
opportunity to hear from Commission Staff regarding the Company’s Application in Case No.
IPC-E-H -08 and ask questions of Staff and representatives of the Company.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Application in Case No.IPC-E-1 1-08
may be viewed on the Commission’s website,www.puc.idaho.gov by clicking on “File Room”
and “Electric Cases,”or it can be viewed during regular business hours at the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission,472 W.Washington Street,Boise,Idaho and at the Idaho offices of Idaho
Power.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter
will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
The request for assistance must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by
