Box 83720 Boise, Idaho 83720-0074 Re: Update to Monthly Facilities Charge Language in Schedule 29 Case No. IPC-E-11-08 Dear Ms. Jewell: At the recommendation of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Staff, Idaho Power Company hereby submits a corrected Schedule 29, Electric Service Rate for J.R. Simplot Company Pocatello, Idaho, to replace the currently filed Schedule 29. The Company recently discovered that the approved monthly facilities charge rate in Schedule 29 was not identified. This filing corrects the Monthly Facilities Charge section in Schedule 29 and identifies the monthly facilities charge rate as 1.41 percent as approved in Order No. 32426.
