The Commission Staff by its attorney of record, Weldon B. Stutzman, Deputy
Attorney General, fies this Motion to Extend the Comment Period in Case No. IPC-E-ll-05.
On April 26, 2011, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure establishing a comment period for interested paries to fie written comments and a
two-week reply comment period. Pursuant to the Notice, written comments are to be filed by
June 27, 2011, and reply comments are due July 11, 2011. In the process of preparing its wrtten
comments, Staff realized the DSM effectiveness evaluation methodology has changed from the
previous year. As a result, Staff needs additional time to obtain information and fully understand
the DSM program evaluations and prepare written comments. Staff contacted Idaho Power
Company regarding an extension, and the Company stated it is agreeable to extending the
comment period for an additional three weeks. Accordingly, Staff requests an extension of the
comment period from June 27, to July 18, 2011, and a similar extension in the reply comment
period, moving it to August 1, 2011.
