On April 26,2011,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure,O.N.32232,establishing a June 26,2011 comment period and July 11,2011 reply
comment period.
On June 27,2011,Staff filed a Motion to Extend Comment Period for additional time to
obtain information and fully understand the DSM program evaluations and prepare written comments.
Staff requested an extension of the comment period from June 27,to July 18,2011,and a similar
extension in the reply comment period,moving it to August 1,2011.
The Commission approves Staffs Motion to Extend the Comment Period to July 18,2011,
and the reply comment period to August 1,2011.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staffs Motion to Extend the Comment Period to July 18,
2011,and the reply comment period to August 1,2011,is granted
DONE by Order of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission at Boise,Idaho this
