Hopefully this is the right format to let you know about my opinion on the recent Idaho
power propasal to raise (rates permanently for pensions and other expenditures. I do not think
this should be approved, these items should be covered under their O&M budget. And I don' t
like how they bundle both permanent increases and temporary decreases in their newsletters to
minimize the impact.
