I do not think that a rate increase should be allowed, regardless of the fact that rates
will still be going down. Here in Twin Falls we have been hit by an added $11. øø on our water
bills all because of this ridiculous new water line being ran through our town. Our costs
have increased not only from the added cost to our water bills but also damage to our
vehichles due to the way that our roads have been left. Hoestly, is anyone paying any
attetion to what is going on here? Absolutely not, no more increses. These utility companies
are making more than enough from us and with an intense lack of real service when it i S needed
they just don i t deserve anymore money.
