The undersigned Donovan E. Walker and Lisa D. Nordstrom petition the Idaho
Public Utilties Commission ("Commission") for admission of the undersigned Jason B.
Wiliams pursuant to RP 43 (IDAPA 31.01.01.043.05) and Idaho Bar Commission Rule
227.
Mr. Wiliams certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, of the State
Bar of Montana. Mr. Willams has recently relocated from Montana to Idaho for the
purpose of working as an in-house attorney for Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power"
or "Company"). Mr. Wiliams is in the process of becoming a member of the Idaho Bar
and anticipates that he wil be a member of the Idaho Bar before the end of 2011. Mr.

Williams wil be representing the Company on a variety of matters before the
Commission. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule of Procedure 043.5(a), Mr. Willams
requests to be admitted to practice before the Commission to represent Idaho Power in
multiple quasi-judicial cases for calendar year 2011. Mr. Willams has never previously
been admitted to practice before this Commission or before any other tribunal in the
state of Idaho.
Undersigned counsel certify that a copy of this Motion has been served on the
Commission Secretary and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $200.00 fee
and a certificate of good standing, have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar.
Counsel certify that the above information is true to the best of their knowledge.
Donovan E. Walker and Lisa D. Nordstrom acknowledge that at least one of them must
attend all Commission proceedings in which Mr. Willams appears, unless specifically
excused by the Commission.
