Dear Public Utilities Commissioners:
I would like to comment on the Idaho Power Irrigation Peak Rewards Program, case number IPC-
E -lØ-46. I have been involved with this program for 2 years now. I have made financial
investments to my irrigation equipment to optimize this program. I would hope that the PUC
will keep the current rates and rules in place. It is extremely difficult to plan ahead with
rotations and water management without knowing how the program will work. If the program
rates and incentives were to decrease, it would be difficult for me to contiue with this
program. I believe this is a win win program for Idaho Power and customers, as it is keeping
power rates down and allowing Idaho Power to better manage their peak usage. I strongly
support leaving the incentive program as outlined in the past with comparable incentives and
rates for the customers who have been involved.
Sincerely,
Ryan Robertson

Dear Public Utilities Commissioners:
I would like to comment on the Idaho Power Irrigation Peak Rewards Program, case number IPC-
E-1Ø-46.
We have been participating in this program, and are very happy with it. I was very reluctant
to commit for the first two years, but the value of the program was able to offset the
disruption in our irrigating and potential crop losses. If it remains simmilar to previous
years, I will continue to participate. But if the value to us is reduced much, I will choosenot to take the risk.
Please keep the current incentive in place, so we can continue to participate; insuring lower
power rates for all.
Sincerely,
Leland Tiegs
