On Januar 14, 2011, the Commission issued Procedural Order No. 32160 establishing
the schedule, including a technical hearng, as proposed by the paries. On Februar 7, 2011, the
paries convened a settlement conference as noticed in the earlier Procedural Order. As a result of
the discussions during the settlement conference, the paries anticipate the filing of a settlement
agreement and accordingly proposed to vacate the remainder of the procedural schedule established
in the prior Order, and replace it as set forth in this Order.
The Commission vacates the filing and hearing dates set forth in Procedural Order No.
32160. In its stead, the Commission adopts the following schedule:
March 4, 2011 Comments or prefied testimony fied in
support of or in opposition to the proposed
settlement agreement.
March 18,2011 Reply comments or testimony fied
March 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m Hearing for Oral Argument on the
proposed settlement agreement
ORDER
IT is HEREBY ORDERED that the filing and hearing dates set forth in Procedural
Order No. 32160 are vacated. The paries are directed to conform to the schedule as set fort in this
Procedural Order.
