1. By Idaho powers own addmission we, the consumer, are comserving to save both energy and
money. As a reward for our efforts and expenditure our rates are raised because sales are
down.
But at the same time I. P. is requesting funds to complete a new gas fired generating
facility. What am I missing here? 2. In a time when many are losing jobs or taking pay cuts
I. P. has the gall to ask us to pay for more contributions to thier retirement fund. If
approved the question of the integrity in the commission will be seriously damaged.
