This Intervenor, ICIP, is an unncorporated association ofSchedu1e 19 customers ofIdaho Power Company. All ICIP members receive electrc utility services from Idao Power Company. ICIP claims a direct and substatial interest in ths proceeding in that its members' rates for service from Idaho Power Company may be afected by the outcome of this proceeding. 3. This Intervenor, in its capacity as a representative of industrial customers intends to paricipate herein as a pary, and if necessar, to introduce evidence, cross-examne witnesses, call and examne witnesses, and be heard in arguent. The natue and quality of evidence which ths Intervenor will introduce is dependent upon the natue and effect of other evidence in this proceeding. 4. Although the deadline to fie a petition to intervene in this matter was July 9, 2010, this Intervenor submits that granting ths petition will not prejudice existing paries or unduly broaden the issues. See IDAPA 31.01.01.73. As of the date of the filing of this petition, 2 PETITION TO INTERVENE IPC-E-I0-09 the Commission has not set a procedural schedule in this case other than the deadline for petitions to intervene, and granting this petition will not, therefore, disrupt the proceedings. 5. Without the opportunity to intervene herein, this Intervenor would be without adequate means of paricipation in ths proceeding which may have a material impact on its electrc rates and terms and conditions of service. WHEREFORE, the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power respectfuly requests that this Commission grant its Petition to Intervene in these proceedings and to appear and paricipate in all matters as may be necessar and appropriate; and to present evidence, call and examine witnesses, present argument and to otherwse fully paricipate in these proceedings.
