COMES NOW, Exergy Development Group ofIdaho LLC ("Exergy") by and through
its attorney of record, Peter J. Richardson, and pursuant to Rule 68 of the Commission's Rules of
Procedure and hereby provides Notice of Withdrawal of its Petition for Reconsideration of Order
No. 30493 filed on February 21,2008.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
Commission Rule 68 permits a par to withdraw a pleading by filing notice with the
Commission and providing all paries with a copy. Unless otherwse ordered by the Commission
said notice is effective foureen days after filing.

Exergy has contacted Idaho Power and the Commission Staff, the only other paries to
this docket, and is authorized by them to represent that they have no objection to the withdrawal
of its Petition for Reconsideration.
As the Petition was only fied last week, no pary wil be prejudiced by its withdrawaL.
For the forgoing reasons Exergy respectfully requests this Commission to accept this
Notice of Withdrawal and to tae no action with respect thereto and permit this Notice to become
effective on the foureenth day from filing.
