Idaho National Laboratory s (INL) Biofuels and Renewable Energy Technologies
Department, pursuant to the Notice of Intervention Deadline in this matter issued on
June 28, 2007, and pursuant to Rules 72 and 73 of this Commission s Rules of
Procedure IDAPA 31.01.01.072 and .073, hereby submits its Petition in the above-
captioned matter.
PETITION TO INTERVENE
INL'Biofuels and Renewable Energy Technologies Department is an
independent group providing resource assessment and project development information
in the service territory of all three Idaho public utilities. We have been developing these
resource assessments to foster wind energy under RFP's and PURPA Contracts.
Therefore , INL Biofuels and Renewable Energy Technologies has direct and substantial
interest in these proceedings and requests the right to intervene and to appear and
participate as a party.
