Dear Mr. Fadness
I request intervenor status in case IPC-07-03. I was a party to original case concerning wind integration costs
associated with PURPA contracts about a-year ago. Does that mean I am still an intervenor? In any case I am
requesting intervenor status to this case because I am an Idaho Power Company ratepayer and have a strong
interest in wind power development. I feel I may be able to bring information and ideas to the table that may be of
benefit to Idaho s long term energy supply. I will stop by your office tomorrow to find out what more I may need to
do to complete this request.
