REDUCE ELIGIBILITY THRESHOLD FOR LARGE LOAD
CUSTOMERS; CASE NO. IPC-IO-
On January , 2011 Idaho Power Company filed tariff sheets for Commission approval.
The revisions are filed per Commission Order No. 32132 issued in Case No. IPC-I0-23. The
case considered and approved a proposal by the Company to reduce the eligibility threshold for
large load customers from 25 000 kW to 20 000 kW.
I have reviewed the Company s tariff filing and find it to be consistent with the
Commission s Order. I recommend that the Commission approve the revised tariff as filed.
