IPC-E-I0-21 ) ) NOTICE OF FILING ) ) NOTICEOF ) MODIFIED PROCEDURE ) ) ORDER NO. 32036 NOTICE OF FILING YOU AR HEREBY NOTIFIED that on June 4, 2010, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company") filed a revised tariff sheet for Schedule 54, the Fixed Cost Adjustment ("FCA"). YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Idaho Power's filing contains updated values for the fixed cost per customer ("FCC") and fixed cost per energy ("FCE") to recognize Commission-approved charges in base rates that went into effect on June 1,2010. The FCC and FCE do not affect the FCA rates approved by the Commission in Order No. 31081, but rather set the benchmark for the prospective year's deferral balances. YOU AR FURTHER NOTIFIED that Idaho Power's filing corresponds to an anual increase of$20.61 and $7.79 per residential and small commercial customer, respectively, and amounts to a net increase in authorized fixed costs of $8.8 milion over 2008 figures. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company's proposed effective date of the updated values, June 1,2010, has been suspended by the Commission to allow Commission Staf and interested paries additional time to review the filing. NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission has determined that the public interest may not require a formal hearng in this matter and wil proceed under Modified Procedure pursuant to Rules 201 though 204 of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.201 through .204. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that any person desiring to state a position on this Application may fie a written comment in support or opposition with the Commission within thirty (30) days from the service date of this Notice. The comment must contain a statement of reasons supporting the comment. Persons desiring a hearng must specifically request a hearing in their written comments. If written comments are received within the time limit set, the Commission wil consider them and, in its discretion, may set the same for formal hearing. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the filing is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Commission offces. The filing is also available on the Commission's web site at www.puc.idaho.gov by clicking on "File Room" and then "Electric Cases." The Commission may enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter wil be conducted pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.000 et seq. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Idaho Power's fiing wil be processed under Modified Procedure.
