1. On June 14,2010, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Powet' or "Company")
filed its Initial Report of Proceeds from sales of surplus sulfur dioxide ("S02") emission
allowances in calendar year 2010. As of that date, the Company had either sold and
received payment for, or entered into contracts for, the sale of a total of 10,000 surplus
S02 emission allowances. Idaho Powets Initial Report identified the anticipated net
proceeds, after deducting brokerage fees of $2,500.00, as $427,000.00.
2. On September 7, 2010, Idaho Power filed its Second Report of Proceeds
from sales of surplus S02 emission allowances in calendar year 2010. As of that date,

the Company had either sold and received payment for, or entered into contracts for,
the sale of a total of 4,000 surplus S02 emission allowances. Idaho Powets Second
Report identified the anticipated net proceeds, after deducting brokerage fees of
$1,250.00, as $45,000.00.
3. Since September 7, 2010, conditions in the emission allowances market
were such that Idaho Power sold additional surplus S02 emission allowances. Idaho
Power has sold and received payment for an additional 6,000 surplus S02 emission
allowances. These additional sales generated an additional $71,000.00 of proceeds,
after deducting brokerage fees of $1 ,250.00.
4. The total anticipated net proæeds from the combined sale of these 20,000
allowances is $543,000.00, after deducting brokerage fees of $5,000.00.
5. This Third Report covers surplus S02 emission allowance sales during
2010, before sharing and jurisdictionalizing, as of the date of this filing. Idaho Power
has completed its sales of surplus S02 emission allowances for calendar year 2010.
