I. MOTION
Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Powet' or "Company") and The New Energy
Company LLC and Western States Equipment Company, Inc. ("New Energy") hereby
respectfully move the Idaho Public Utilties Commission ("I PUC" or "Commission") to
allow additional time for Idaho Power to file its Answer to New Energy's Complaint.
JOINT MOTION FOR ADDITIONAL TIME WITH WHICH TO FILE ANSWER - 1
II. BASIS
The parties are in agreement that Idaho Power be allowed additional time with
which to file its Answer to the Complaint, as the parties are currently discussing the
subject matter of said Complaint.
II. REQUEST FOR RELIEF
The parties request that Idaho Power be granted an additional thirty (30) days
with which to file its Answer to New Energy's Complaint in this proceeding. The parties
agree that Idaho Powets Answer shall now be filed on or before June 7, 2010, unless
otherwise agreed to by the parties or ordered by the Commission.
