Why do residential rates only decrease 3.22% vs. the overall decrease of 6.47%? It seems
residential customers are being used to subsidize larger customers. It' s the same with the
completely unfair rate increase for over 2000kwh/month - other classes of customers get a
rate decrease (volume discount) for more consumption, while residential gets the shaft! I am
tired of being punished because my home is all electric - of course I don i t have a choice in
my area.
Trying to use the rate schedule to force conservation is unfair and un-American.
