Please approve any rate cuts put before you. I do feel the cut-should be more than
proposed. Id Power has been using free water and charging us for the power for decades.
Time to pass some savings back to the customers. Some of us could us every penny of it.
By the way regardless of the numbers this year Steel head and Salmon fishing have far from
recovered!
