After reading the three requests Id. Power filed with the IPUC that will affect my rates, I
need to comment. Seems like one request under the FCA program is penalizing us for being more
efficient by assessing a surcharge to make up for the amount they under-collected. How
ridiculous is this!!
I also don' t think we should have to pay extra for Idaho Power to fund new pension expenses.
I would think with the job market the way it is, there wouldn' t be much problem attracting
high quality employees. If they want to pay a pension, they should find a way to pay for it
out of money they already receive.
