I am opposed to any rate. or cost increase. Many of us are hurting financially in the bad
economy and for Idaho Power to increase elec. costs is greedy as far as I am concerned. 3 of
my 4 children have lost jobs in this downturn- living on unemployment and reduced wages or no
wages at all is particularly scary when you can i t pay the power bill. How can this be
justified? Does Idaho Power even care?
