My current Idaho Power bill indicates they are asking for more rate increases. After the
rate increases of this past winter we find it hard to believe that any more increases will be
discussed at all. Our power bills (and all of our neighbors) have almost doubled for this
past winter! Enough is Enough!
The new Fixed Cost Adjustment Idaho Power is seeking is just another way to have their
customers pay for their business. I am a business owner and have to fund my cost of doing
business from my income. If that means I make less last month - like no paycheck when
necessary - that i s what happens!
The idea that Idaho Power can have a Pension Fund that is funded by an additional charge to
their customer base is ludicrous! I cannot even fund my own pension fund - let alone help
with strangers! We all work for a living!
