I am glad to hear that we are producing more green power. This kind of production of power
using local companys is a plus to both the State of Idaho and Idaho Power. I wish there was
more of this kind of generation.

I note that winter (non summer) rate is currently 5.5953 cents per Kilowatt hour and last
summer the rate in august was 6.8994 cents per kilowatt hour. The over all demand for
electricity is going to go up and the cost of coal, gas, and oil are going to go up. It
would seem purdent to lock in a power source that is not dependent on fossil fuel at 7.56
cents per kilowatt hour. This will be very economical if Congress and Presiden Barack Obama
pass the cap and tax energy bill.
