Commission Staff, by and through its attorney of record, in Case No. IPC-E-1O-01, Scott
Woodbury, does by this letter apprise the Commission and Parties of Record of Star s intent to
engage in settlement negotiations in Case No. IPC-E-IO-Ol. Reference Commission Rules of
Procedure Rule 272 - Procedures for Active Settlements. All parties will be provided an
opportunity to paricipate in settlement discussions. The paries are reminded that settlement
negotiations pursuant to Rule 272 are confidential, unless all participants to the negotiation agree
to the contrary.
