("Micron") wherein the parties have agreed to a decrease in Micron's Contract Demand Level pursuant to the Agreement for Electric Service between ldaho Power and Micron that was previously approved by the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") in Order No. 31006. ('Micron) has requested a decrease to its monthly Contract Demand from 70 megawatts ("ltfW) to 69 MWefiective as of Oc{ober 1,2020. ldaho Povner Company ('ldaho Power') is pleased to accommodate your request pursuant to theAgreement for Electric Service between ldaho Pouer Company and Micron Technology, lnc., dated Decamber 29, 2009 ('Agreemenf). The Agreement provides that Micron may request a decrease to its Contract Demand in even 1,000 kilouratt increments. Agreement S 6.2(b). The Agreement further provides that sucfr new Contact Demand shall be in eftct br a minimum of at least six (6) months. td. Per your request, Micron's new Contract Demand under the Agreement shall be 69 MWefiec'tive October 1, 2022and shallcontinueto at leastApril 1,2023. ldaho Power shall continue to provide a Contract Demand of 69 MW to Micrcn after April 1,2022, unless and until Micron provides notice that it desires to decreaee and/or increase ib Gontrac't Demand in accordanoe with theAgrcement. To confirm this mutual understanding, pbase countersign both originals of this letter, keep one original fur your records, and retum the other original to me at your earliest convenienoe.
