Enclosed for your reference and file is a copy of a Letter Agreement between ldaho
Power Company ('ldaho Powef) and Micron Technology, lnc. ("Micron") wherein the
parties have agreed to a increase in Micron's Contract Demand Level pursuant to the
Agreement for Electric Service between ldaho Power and Micron that was previously
approved by the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") in Order No. 31006.
ldaho Power is submitting this letterto be included as part of the Commission's file in Case
No. !PC-E-09-35, but is not requesting that the Commission take any action.

I am ln recelpt of your letter dabd Deoember 1 3, 2021 , wherein Micron Tecfinology,
lnc. ("Mlcron') has requested an increase to ib monthly Contract Demand from 63
megawatts fMW,) to 70 MW eftcttue as of Apdl 1,n22. ldaho Power Company ('ldaho
Porvef) is pleased to accommodate your request pusuant b the Agraement for Electric
SeMce between ldaho Power Company and Micron Technology, lnc., dated December
29,2009 ('Agreemenf).
The Agrcement provides that Micron may r€quest an increase to ib Contract
Demand in even 1,000 kilowatt insements. Agrcement $ 6.2(a). TheAgreementfurher
provides that sucfr new Conhact Demand shall be in efiect br a minimum of at least six
(6) months. ld.
Per your request, Micron's new Confrad Demand under the Agreement shall be
70 MW efiec'tive Apfl 1,2022and shall contlnue to at least October 1,2022. ldaho Power
shall oontinue to provide a Gontrad Dernand of 70 MW to Micrcn after October 1,2022,
unless and until Micron prcvides notice that tt deslres to decrease and/or incrcase ib
Contraot Demand ln accordance with theAgreement. See Sections 6.2(a) and 6.2(b).
To confirm this mutual understanding, please have an authorized individualfrom
Micron countarsign both originals of this letter, keep one original for your rccords, and
retum the other original to me at your earliest convenience. As a procedural matter, I wil!
