("Micron") wherein the parties have agreed to an increase in Micron's Contract Demand Level pursuant to the Agreement foiElectric Service between ldaho Power and Micron that was previously a[proved by the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission') in Order No. 31006. lddno Powei is submitting this letter to be included as part of the Commission's file in Case No. IPC-E-09-35, but is not requesting that the Commission take any action. lf you have any questions about the enclosed letter, please do not hesitate to contact me. ('Micron') has requested an increase to its monthly Contract Demandfiom 63 megawatts ('M\M) to 69 MW eftctive as of April 1, 2021. ldaho power Company {lldalo Powe/') is pleased to accommodate your request pursuant to theAgreement for Electric Service between ldaho Power Company aiO tr,tic-ron Technotogy, lnc., dated December 29,2@g ("Agreemenf). _ The Agreement provides that Micron may request an increase to its ContractDemand in even 1,000 kilowatt incremenF. Agreement g 6.2(a). The Agreementfurther provides that such new Contract Demand shalt be in emeci ior a minirn'um of at least six (6) months. Id. -felVour request, Micron's new Contract Demand under the Agreement shall be69 MW efiective April 1 , 2021 and shall continue to at least Odobei 1, 202L ldahoPower shall continue to provide a Contract Demand of 69 MW to Micron after October1, 2021, unless and until Micron provides notice that it desires to decrease and/orincrease its Contract Demand in accordance with the Agreement.
