Dear Ms. Hanian:
Enclosed foryour reference and file is a copy of a LetterAgreement between ldaho
Power Company ("ldaho Power") and Micron Technology, lnc. ("Micron") wherein the
parties have agreed to a decrease in Micron's Contract Demand Level pursuant to the
Agreement for Electric Service between ldaho Power and Micron that was previously
approved by the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") in Order No. 31006.
ldaho Power is submitting this Letter Agreement to be included as part of the
Commission's file in Case No. IPC-E-09-35, but is not requesting thatthe Commission take
any action.

Dear Ms. Elroy:
I am in receipt of your letter dated June 27, 2017, wherein Micron Technology,
lnc. ("Micron") has requested a decrease to its monthly Contract Demand from 64
megawatts ("MW") to 63 MW effective as of October 1, 2017. ldaho Power Company
("ldaho Powef') is pleased to accommodate your request pursuant to the Agreement for
Electric Service between ldaho Power Company and Micron Technology, !nc., dated
Decembe r 29, 2009 ("Agreement").
The Agreement provides that Micron may request a decrease to its Contract
Demand in even 1,000 kilowatt increments. Agreement $ 6.2(b)" The Agreement
further provides that such new Contract Demand shall be in effect for a minimum of at
least six (6) months. /d
Per your request, Micron's new Contract Demand under the Agreement shall be
63 MW effective October 1, 2017, and shall continue until at least April 1 , 2018. ldaho
Power shall continue to provide a Contract Demand of 63 MW to Micron after April 1,
2018, unless and until Micron provides notice that it desires to decrease and/or increase
its Contract Demand in accordance with the Agreement. See Sections 6.2(a) and
6.2(b).
To confirm this mutual understanding, please have an authorized individual from
Micron countersign both originals of this letter, keep one original for your records, and

return the other original to me at your earliest convenience. As a procedural matter, we
will need to submit a copy of this letter to the ldaho Public Utilities Commission as an
informational submission, which will not require any formal process. Please call me at
