Enclosed foryour reference and file is a copy of a LetterAgreement between ldaho
Power Company ("ldaho Power") and Micron Technology, lnc. ("Micron") wherein the
parties have agreed to an increase in Micron's Contract Demand Level pursuant to the
Agreement for Electric Service between Idaho Power and Micron that was previously
approved by the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") in Order No. 31006.
ldaho Power is submitting this Lefter Agreement to be included as part of the
Commission's file in Case No. IPC-E-09-35, but is not requesting that the Commission take
any action.

Dear Ms. Elroy:
I am in receipt of your lefter of December 16, 2015, wherein Micron Technology,
lnc. ("Micron) has requested an increase to its monthly Contract Demand from 54
megawatts ('MW) to 61 MW effective as of April 1, 2015. ldaho Power Company

pursuant to the Agreement for Electric Service between ldaho Power Company and
Micron Technology, lnc., dated December 29, 2009 (?greement").
The Agreement provides that Micron may reguest an increase to its Contract
Demand in even 1,000 kilowatt increments. Agreement $ 6.2(a). The Agreement
further provides that such new Contract Demand shall be in effect for a minimum of at
Ieast six (6) months. ld.
Per your request, Micron's new Contract Demand under the Agreement shall be
61 MW effective April 1 , 2016, and shall continue until at least October 1, 2016. ldaho
Power shall continue to provide a Contract Demand of 61 MW to Micron afier October
1, 2016, unless and until Micron provides notice that it desires to decrease and/or
increase its Contract Demand in accordance with the Agreement. See Sections 6.2(a)
and 6.2(b).
To confirm this mutual understanding, please have an authorized individualfrom
Micron countersign both originals of this letter, keep one original for your records, and
