("Micron") wherein the parties have agreed to a decrease in Micron's Contract Demand Level pursuant to the Agreement for Electric Service between ldaho Power Company and Micron Technology, !nc., that was previously approved bythe ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") in Order No. 31006. ldaho Power is submitting this Letter Agreement to be included as part of the Commission's file in Case No. IPC-E-09-35, but is not requesting that the Commission take any action. lf you have any questions about the enclosed Letter Agreement, please do not hesitate to contact me. Box 6 Boise, ldaho 83707-0006 Re: Micron Technology, lnc., Contract Demand Level Decrease Dear Ms. Elroy: I am in receipt of your letter of June 22,2015, wherein Micron Technology, lnc. ("Micron") has requested a decrease to its monthly Contract Demand from 62 megawatts ("MW") to 54 MW effective as of October 1, 2015. ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powe/') is pleased to accommodate this request pursuant to the Agreement for Electric Service between ldaho Power Company and Micron Technology, Inc., dated Decembe r 29, 2OO9 ("Agreement"). The Agreement provides that Micron may request a decrease to its Contract Demand in even 1,000 kilowatt increments. Agreement S 6.2(b). The Agreement further provides that such new Contract Demand shall be in effect for a minimum of at least six (6) months. ld. Per your request, Micron's new Contract Demand under the Agreement shall be 54 MW efiective October 1, 2015, and shall continue until at least April 1, 2016. ldaho Power shall continue to provide a Gontract Demand of 54 MW to Micron after October 1, 2015, unless and until Micron provides notice that it desires to decrease and/or increase its Contract Demand in accordance with the Agreement. See Sections 6.2(a) and 6.2(b). To confirm this mutual understanding, please have an authorized individual from Micron countersign both originals of this letter, keep one original for your recolds, and retum the other original to me at your earliest convenience.
