("Micron") wherein the parties have agreed to an increase in Micron's Contract Demand Level pursuant to the Agreement for Electrical Service Between ldaho Power Company and Micron Technology, lnc., thatwas previously approved bythe ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Gommission") in Order No. 31006. ldaho Power is submitting this LetterAgreement to be included as part of the Commission's file in Case No. IPC-E-09-35, but is not requesting that the Commission take any action. lf you have any questions about the enclosed Letter Agreement, please do not hesitate to contact me. Box 6 Boise, ldaho 83707-0006 Re: Micron Technology, lnc., Contract Demand Level lncrease Dear Mr. Lindgren: I am in receipt of your letter of December 23, 2013, wherein Micron Technology, lnc. ("Micron") has requested an increase to its monthly Contract Demand from 57 megawatts ("MW') to 61 MW effective as of April 1, 2014. ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powe/') is pleased to accommodate this request pursuant to the Agreement for Electric Service Between ldaho Power Company and Micron Technology, lnc., dated December 29, 2OOg ("Agreement"). The Agreement provides that Micron may request an increase to its Contract Demand in even 1,000 kilowatt increments. Agreement S 6.2(a). The Agreement further provides that such new Contract Demand shall be in effect for a mlnimum of at least six (6) months. /d. Per your request, Micron's new Contract Demand under the Agreement shall be 61 MW effective April 1 , 2014, and shall continue until at least October 1, 2014. ldaho Power shall continue to provide a Contract Demand of 61 MW to Micron after October 1, 2014, unless and until Micron provides notice that it desires to decrease and/or increase its Contract Demand in accordance with the Agreement. See Sections 6.2(a) and 6.2(b). To confirm this mutual understanding, please have an authorized individual from Micron countersign both originals of this letter, keep one original for your records, and return the other original to me at your earliest convenience. As a procedural matter, we will need to submit a copy of this letter to the ldaho Public Utilities Commission as an 1221 W. ldaho St. (83702) PO.
