Re: Micron Technology, Inc., Contract Demand Level
Dear Mr. Velikoff:
I am in receipt of your letter of June 26, 2012, wherein Micron Technology, Inc.
("Micron") has requested a decrease to its monthly Contract Demand from 68
megawatts ("MW") to 60 MW effective as of October 1, 2012. Idaho Power Company
("Idaho Power") is pleased to accommodate this request pursuant to the Agreement for
Electric Service Between Idaho Power Company and Micron Technology, Inc., dated
December 29, 2009 ("Agreement").

Demand in even 1,000 kilowatt increments. Agreement § 6.2(b). The Agreement
further provides that such new Contract Demand shall be in effect for a minimum of at
least six (6) months. Id.
Per your request, Micron's new Contract Demand under the Agreement shall be
60 MW effective October 1, 2012, and shall continue until at least April 1, 2013. Idaho

and 6.2(b).
To confirm this mutual understanding, please have an authorized individual from
Micron countersign both originals of this letter, keep one original for your records, and
