I believe the way Idaho Power is billing residental customers is unfair I live in a newer
all elecric house my bill went up $60 I' m scared to see my next bill after this cold snap I
won't be able to afford it my kids are already complaining its cold in the house Idaho Power
has assumed everybody has natural gas in their home Hagerman does not have natural gas
service we have no choice electric heat pump is my only source of heat I feel I' m being taken
advange of in this case I think Idaho Power didn i t take into consideration poeple that are
forced to have an all electric house.
